Today's Insights: Be Bolder, Try, Express, and Pursue
Be bold to step out of your comfort zone
If you stay in your comfort zone for too long, it will become a hotbed that nourishes laziness. We may gain temporary comfort, but at the cost of sapping our fighting spirit. Be bolder, step out of your comfort zone, learn new ways of thinking, and you will find that there are new solutions to problems that you couldn't figure out before. When you muster up the courage to try and start learning a new skill, you will find that life has a different look.
No need to make excuses, and don't be afraid of failure. Try and explore. When you bravely jump out of your comfort zone to embrace new changes, more beautiful scenery in life will continuously emerge in front of you.
Be bold to express what you think
Sometimes, it is not easy to clearly express your thoughts. If you are originally a very shy and unconfident person, this will become even more difficult. Maybe you are afraid that you will say the wrong thing, or you may worry that others will deny you. However, when you choose not to express yourself actively and try hard to act as if you don't care, the grievances and frustrations in your heart will often snowball and grow bigger and bigger. Not only do you lose the opportunity to actively strive for it, but you are also prone to mental exhaustion.
In fact, there is no shame in saying "I can do it", "I want to try" or "I miss you so much". You are truly beautiful if you actively strive for it and express it bravely. Facing the real you and learning to express it honestly will make your heart stronger and your life easier and more enjoyable.
Pursue your dreams boldly
We always think that if we fail to do what we want to do, it will be a regret in life. In fact, the real regret in life is not failure, but never trying to do it. Having dreams and pursuing them is a precious thing. Don't neglect this dream-chasing heart easily, don't use "too late" to excuse yourself, and don't give up easily because of "impossible".
It's never too late to start on the road of life. No matter what age you are, today will be the youngest day of your life, so if you have a dream, pursue it boldly. Don't be afraid of things, only then can you succeed. Dare to venture, dare to try, dare to think and dare to do, so that life can have fewer regrets and more brilliance. May you hold your head high and stride forward to become a better version of yourself.
