1. Can you help me design the products as we request?

We develop new products with your requested quality through or R & D department, we design according to customers need with our professional design team, all is possible if the MOQ is meet with production requirement.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by UPS, DHL or UPS tracking number.

4. What is your MOQ if I do my own logo?

MOQ 100pcs for logo on the machine itself, MOQ 200pcs for Color Box, MOQ 100pcs for plastic tool box, MOQ 500pcs for unique design tool box.

5. How can we guarantee quality?

Always a pre-production sample before mass production, and always final Inspection before shipment. Third party quality inspection can be applied if you need.

6. How long can you delivery goods after I place order?

Sample order is 3-5 days, mass order is 7-15 days.

7. Can I get free samples?

We have to charge samples fee, and when you place orders, we'll refund your sample cost. Or we can provide free samples to you with freight collect.

8. What are the shipping options?

We offer various shipping options. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

9. How do you ship the goods?

Usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, It can arrive in 3-5 days. And shipped by sea, by truck are also available. It is based on your choose and order quantity.

10. What's your after-sales service?

We can provide spare parts for after-sales service, in generally, we can offer 1% free spare parts.

11. What is your payment terms?

Our payment term is 30% deposit, balance before send out of goods, then we send you copy of B/L.

12. What's the certificate do you have?

We have GS/CE/Rohs/UL/ETL certificates.
