1. Brazilian President Lula, who is visiting Bolivia, said at the closing ceremony of the two countries' business forum on the 9th that after Bolivia joins the Southern Common Market (hereinafter referred to as "Mercosur"), it will join Mercosur's "local currency payment system" to reduce transaction costs and dependence on US dollar payments.

2.
